CHICAGO, Jan. 15, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — Workspace provider Expansive™ adds two new floors of SmartSuites™ at Minneapolis TriTech Center location, totaling 9 new suites and 17,000 square feet of new space. The company acquired the 331 2nd Avenue South building in the Gateway District in October of 2018, its second location in Minneapolis after its purchase of the four-story LaSalle Building.
Expansive renovated it to provide modern and affordable workspaces and this is its latest update to even better serve Minneapolis’ business community.
Expansive members will continue to get 24/7/365 access to the building and all amenities included in its rent such as espresso bars, direct fiber internet, modern furnishings, community events, utilities, and coworking lounges.
