The brick-and-concrete building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. A block from the riverfront, this four-story building features big windows and retractable garage-door style walls that make the lounge an ideal spot to take advantage of Jacksonville’s glorious weather.
In addition to the primary Expansive Lounge on the 2nd floor, this location also additional common areas on all floors with soft seating and work tables.
