I normally don't take the time out to leave feedback and commentary but I just want to take the time to commend our wonderful community manager Jaelynne Rose De Jesus. She is the best community manager that we've had here at Expansive - Shockoe Slip. Jaelynne has completely transformed our coworking space experience, and I can't sing her praises enough. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every person's needs are not only met but exceeded. Whether it's offering assistance with a friendly smile or providing guidance on resources within the space, Jaelyn is always ready to help. One of the nicest things Jaelynne has done for our co-working space is the patio makeover she orchestrated is nothing short of remarkable. It's now a sanctuary of productivity and relaxation, where the ambiance and aesthetics create a perfect backdrop for our outdoor work sessions. Thanks to Jaelynne's efforts, our time spent working outside has become an absolute delight. In Jaelyn, we have a community manager who is not only exceptional at her job but who also radiates a genuine passion for her role. She has transformed this coworking space into a dynamic, collaborative hub that we are proud to be a part of. She really does make Expansive a wonderful place for all!

I've enjoyed being a part of this Novel Coworking setup here at Shockoe Slip. I was referred by one of my accounting clients and it is truly a great set up. The staff they have on-site are always available and willing to assist. This is a prime location for my business and my commute. The Novel Co-working building is amazing! I love coming to work in our little pink office and the amenities Novel offers are a bonus. The weekly and monthly events like Wine Down Wednesday and other occasional treat days are so much fun and everyone is so welcoming. ☺️

Novel is the Ivy League of coworking. I am convinced that these folks do everything in their power to ensure our business is thriving. As a small business owner, there are so many things to think about during an average day. And then, if you have a small team of employees, the complexities only increase because you have to start thinking about team morale, company culture, and incentives. Novel provides the best productivity tools, including the fastest internet available, a modern working atmosphere, well-appointed office/shared spaces, and conference room technology in some of the coolest cities around the country. By the way, I love that I can access any location while I'm traveling. Novel helps me keep my team members happy by providing exciting events that allow my social butterflies to meet more people, become engaged with other community members, and make All About Presentation a fun place to work. Brittney and Lauren are a dynamic duo and do a terrific job of managing everyone's needs and expectations. They are honest and fair. I recommend Novel, highly.

Having our office in Novel has been a great decision for my business. They put a lot of effort it giving us the best opportunity to grow. We love the social happy hours and networking opportunities with all of the other businesses. Unlike a lot of other local coworking spaces, we have our own furnished office suit that includes a full kitchen, conference room, and private offices. They have been so accommodating and constantly look for way to improve our experience.
