I have had an office at the Expansive Katy Building fir about a year and have loved every minute of it. Ashley is the community manager and she goes above and beyond for each one of her tenants. The building is a historic landmark building and has a lot of character! It’s a pretty quiet place and many of the tenants hang out in the common area lounge. Being here has helped print a sense of community to many of us who work along in their office. Definitely recommend a tour if you’re looking for a great office space in West End!

I had a great experience leasing from Expansive! The location is fantastic, right across the street from the Old Red courthouse. I’ve been a part of Expansive for a little over a year, and I really enjoy the office building. I have met so many new people because of Ashley, the building manager, who puts on events for people to meet one one other. She has created a community at Expansive. Whenever there’s an issue, she is always on top of it. Expansive would not be the same without her.
