The workspace at expansive is not fit to work in. We do not have controls of the a/c or heat and they keep the temperature somewhere between 53° and 64°. Everyone in my office is wearing hoodies and gloves and going home sick because it’s 101° outside. Don’t ask me about the mold growing on the ceiling pipes.

I would not recommend leasing space at Expansive. They do not seem to have any control over the facilities of this building. For what we are getting we should be paying half the price. Below is a list of my complaints that have not been resolved, to this day:Mail room is a disaster. Boxes and letters (including certified letters) are laying everywhere, all the time.HVAC can not be controlled. In the winter it gets way too cold (below 62*), too often. This summer, our office has been blowing air that is 58* and below for a week straight, and has been super cold most of the summer. The only time of year it seems to feel okay is for a month in Fall and a month in Spring. Our employees are miserable, and have become sick; and some refuse to come into work in this environment.Mold has been growing around pipes in our office. When I asked the building management to address it the first time, they finally came up and cleaned it, but did nothing to stop the growth. It now has mold again. There always seem to be problems with wifi. On multiple occasions, our staff has had to shutdown early and go home to try and work remotely. The parking is awful around the building.Overall, It's just not a well maintained building. We like the area, and wish we could stay, but we have found that the only thing this company prioritises is getting more money out of their tenants.

We have leased a suite here for almost 4 years now. Since expansive took over they do nothing to help a tenant. The cooling system is always broken and our office stays at 59-64 degrees. We have mold in our suite and can't use the whole suite due to it. We first reported it over 6 months ago and all issues are never resolved. They never care to do anything and refuse to address the mold. Stay away from this place. Run from these crooks.

I spent two days at Expansive for a work conference this week & it was a great experience. What a nice change from a hotel meeting room! They offer a 3000sf training room which has tons of windows, a private kitchen, a separate conference & open team space for 40 people. If you're looking for an alternative to a coffee shop or a hotel for meeting room space, I highly recommend this place.

This week I found myself in Nashville for a work trip. While here I truly enjoyed working out of the Nashville Expansive Workspace and am excited to share my experience. What's Expansive? It's a national workspace solution providing membership levels from day offices, to private offices, to conference room rentals, to suites and mail services (you heard that right. You can pay to have this location receive your mail and in turn google biz page to rock a downtown Nashville address- pretty cool if you ask me). Wanna pop in for the day while you're in town, or in need of a physical space cuz you are a local? Contact Brian by calling the center.Located conveniently downtown (which is so fun and just two blocks from my hotel) this enhanced my stay and time in Nashville. The building is absolutely beautiful & secure (locked 24/7). How did I get in you ask? Well there were two options, Since I was there for work our event organizer secured and provided a QR code which I scanned at the door for quick entry. I saw others gain access by directly calling the community manager or selecting the person they were intending to visit from the callbox directory - super convenient. From the lobby I ascended up the elevator to a private suite reserved for us. It boasted beautiful views of the downtown, ample and comfortable seating, kitchen complete with our own fridge, and sink for quick and easy hand washing. While the fridge dispensed water and ice there was filtered water available just outside the restrooms (conveniently located down the hall). The space was so clean and so welcoming. A quick visit down to the lounge was also enjoyable. Many beautiful live plants were sprinkled around the space. Complimentary coffee and tea kept me caffeinated and the vending machine satisfied my sweet tooth. If you are in the area (or soon to visit) I highly recommend this space for your meeting, training, and workspace solution needs!

We have 2 offices here, the vibe is really good there is a great culture here bunch of hard working and cool startup people. the community space is nice, there is good food decently close by. Parking is not the easiest in this area that’s the only downside I can think of but it’s worth it for the prime location. We love it.

I’m very pleased with my experience at Expansive Coworking in Nashville. I’m a graphic designer, and I love coming to work every day. I love my office space and the vibrant, cool, and well maintained common area (including the best coffee machine I’ve ever tried). After coming out of the pandemic, it’s also nice to meet new people coming back to work. The office manager regularly looks for different ways to make our time here enjoyable and for everybody to mingle a little. The cost is also decent compared to other Coworking places in town. I highly recommend.

I moved into Novel Coworking in January and have had nothing but great experiences! When touring the space, they were very communicative and willing to give us all of the details right up front, unlike other places I had toured. The staff there is always willing to help us and is cheering us on in our businesses.

I love that Novel owns the building we are in. Other shared work spaces don't so they have to get approval to make minor changes/upgrades. I you need something...they can make it happen. Also, I love that you can grow your company from a desk, to a single office, to a suite, all within the same building. And finally, Michael is 'on point'. He is personable, funny, and sincerely wants to make you happy. The price is very reasonable in comparison, I love the location, and it's a great looking space. Will
