I recently visited State Street to look for a space for me and my team, and I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful lady named Destiny. She was so sweet and incredibly helpful! Even though I was a walk-in, she stopped what she was doing to give me her full attention during the tour. She even offered me water or coffee, such a thoughtful touch.Although I didn’t find a space that fit my team’s needs this time, the Albany location is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. I highly recommend stopping by! I’ll definitely be back to book a day office or coworking pass the next time I’m in town.

I really enjoyed having an office here. I was able to have a beautiful view, a private office, and plenty of free coffee. The wifi was strong, with excellent air conditioning for those stuffy summer days. I enjoyed the vending machine for those late startup nights, too.The community manager was so helpful and warm and friendly.I felt so taken care of. I love the historic building location and entry. The elevators are super fast, and I never had to wait for them. I also enjoyed the modern styling of the office space. I'm moving across the country so I am saying a bittersweet farewell to an office the served me so well. It really made me feel great, focused and wonderful.I'd highly recommend this office space for someone with a small business, especially since there are different room sizes and 24/7 access! I felt that I could grow my business and move into a larger office if I needed to. I also enjoyed the service of having my logo on my office door!I spent a lot of late nights here and had no trouble finding parking, either on the street for pay or in the dedicated pay lot. The location is a breeze. There's a great coffee shop within walking distance and it's so easy to have clients there. Thanks again for making this such a successful space for me. I hope someone enjoys my former office!

Expansive has been a great place to call home base for the property management company I work for. Denise is very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find another office space to better suit our needs, she goes above and beyond to help answer any questions I have. The work space is bright and clean, well stocked, and welcoming. I recently had a fantastic experience here! It was a lovely place to work before my flight out of Albany Airport. I saw in the community manager's suggested "best place to work" in the lounge. It was a cozy, quiet place to work and I got to chat with Denise all day! The staff was friendly, the coffee was delicious, and I loved the vibe of the whole place. I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

I love our office! So bright and rejuvenating! Denise has been so awesome to work with. The security doors don't seem to like me and Denise graciously helped me when I was a bit frustrated. The security guards are friendly and the cleaning staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Expansive to anyone who is looking for a great office and friendly people!!!
