The building where it all began! 73 West Monroe holds a special place in our hearts as our original flagship location. This jewel box of a building offers five floors of renovated workspace with a bright ground floor lobby, large bike room, and stunning views of the Exelon Plaza clock and fountain. Built in 1881 and extensively restored, it retains original details like rough wood beams and ornate ironwork despite its updated finishes.

Access: Located five blocks from the Metro, three blocks from Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago, and a short walk to the Federal Building, Courthouse, and Union Station, the center offers easy access to dining (Revival Food Hall), theaters (CIBC Theater), hotels and retail.

In addition to the primary Expansive Lounge on the 5th floor, this location also enjoys additional common areas on each floor with soft seating and work tables.
