I’ve been renting my office space at Expansive for almost a year now and it has been nothing short of amazing! Carolyn, the property manager, is such a pleasure to work with—always friendly and professional. Communication is excellent, and I really appreciate the updates and the fun social events they put together, which make it feel like a community. The office space is always clean, neat, and accessible at any time, which is a huge plus. Expansive truly feels like a family environment, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to rent here.
My company's Florida office is on the 5th floor and it is a big upgrade from our previous space. There has been some mishaps with IT but eventually these got resolved. Carolyn is very easy to work with and quick to respond. Could not have asked for a better rep.
Been working here for several months, and loving the amenities and atmosphere here. There's a lot of convenient places to eat and visit thanks to being right in heart of downtown St. Pete. Most of my team is able to walk or take a short commute as a result, which has been great for morale, too. One of the cleanest, most organized coworking establishments I've ever worked with.
Great location and nice people. A quieter, bit more private (and less "community") vibe than Industrious or Thrive, but pretty good pricing and nice folks running it.

Great location. Unfortunately there are consistent connectivity issues (2-3 days a week). We are a company with customers all around the globe and have MANY virtual meetings. The connectivity issues impact our productivity and effectiveness when the WiFi is so slow. We are consistently resorting to working remotely as we are unable to rely on the internet speed. I hope that they can fix this, but we won't likely renew our lease for a 3rd year. Additionally we are aware that the staff allows prospective tenants into our office when we are not on property to showcase our office, which we did not agree to.
We moved into the building in February and have had a great experience so far. It’s clean, secure, and in a convenient location. The monthly events hosted by the building are a nice touch—they're welcoming and help foster a sense of community. There’s a diverse mix of companies here, each with the flexibility to create their own space. The parking garage also makes access super easy. Overall, it’s been a good place to work.

Expansive DTSP is the best option for office space in the Tampa-St. Pete area. They have it all!Affordable office spaces, excellent location, covered parking (reasonably priced), amenities, and flexible terms. The air conditioning stays on 24/7 so you can utilize nights, weekends, and holidays to work (most places don’t do this, and it can be a huge inconvenience). Also, I think Expansive owns the whole building, so you’re dealing directly with management / ownership, which is a plus. Shout out to Jocelyn and Carolyn for being awesome and accommodating!

I've had an office at the Expansive coworking space in downtown St Pete for over 2 years, and I definitely recommend it. The staff are absolutely lovely, helpful and professional. Its quiet, clean and just social enough, and the ease and flexibility of accessing the space whenever I need to be in the office is perfect. The location is also amazing -- super easy parking, right next to a museum that has a great cafe, and right near Mirror Lake if you need to take a walk to clear your head.

This is a wonderful co-working space. We have multiple dedicated office spaces here. The location is perfect and the amenities are nice. Expansive DTSP has been a great location for our field office during a multi-year construction project. Having everything we could need: kitchen, WiFi, storage, etc available in one location has been very convenient. The energy and community that exists in the building is a big plus, makes the long work days more enjoyable! The social events have become a fun part of the experience and are well thought out and a great break in the routine of work life.
