Expansive 15th & Canyon takes full advantage of Boulder’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle with a prime location for walking and biking two blocks from the Pearl Street Mall. Housed in a characteristic 1975 red brick building, a 2018 renovation enhanced many unique features including a set of skylights that help drench even the lower level in year-round sunlight. The center offers three floors of workspace, two comfortable lounge areas, and surface parking.

Access: Right next to the RTD Main Station and two blocks from Pearl Street, the location offers proximity to the Boulder Creek Path, Chautauqua Park, and the Museum of Contemporary Art as well as Boulder’s many coffee-shops, restaurants, and breweries.

Indoor Lounge Areas

In addition to the primary Expansive Lounge on the main level, this location also enjoys a second common area on the lower level with additional soft seating and work tables.

Our meeting rooms come equipped with smart TV monitors, remote controls, and polycom speaker phones.

Private phone booths give you a place to step aside and focus. They include built-in desks, ventilation, and transparent doors.

Bike Racks

Bike racks allow clients to safely and conveniently store bicycles for their commute.

Mother’s Room

Every Expansive location is proud to offer its working mothers a comfortable private space equipped with soft seating, dedicated refrigerator, locking door, and electrical outlets.

Shower

This location offers a private, ADA-compliant shower room so clients can freshen up after that lunch hour workout or biking to work.
