Booked a conference room here for a Monday, but by the Friday morning before realized I needed to reschedule. Called and emailed multiple times on Friday and wasn’t able to get through to anyone until Monday AM.The morning of my reservation Ispoke to the manager at the Dallas location, who helped me cancel and said she’d look into a refund or credit so that I could reschedule. She was very helpful. Except, now it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back from her. And I’m out the $200 for the room.If I’d known I was going to get ghosted and not get a refund or credit to reschedule, I would’ve moved things around and still utilized the room. Super disappointing experience all around, especially when I checked their site and confirmation email for cancellation policies and couldn’t find any. Won’t be back and don’t recommend this place to others.

We recently rented a conference room at Expensive Coworkers for a full day of meetings (we’re a remote team, so in-person space is a treat). The experience was fantastic. We booked a few-hour block and knocked out four meetings back to back—everything ran smoothly.Kim was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. From fresh coffee to sweet treats, they really thought of it all. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like an extension of our own team culture.Will definitely be back next time we need an offsite spot!

Stopped in to do work while my daughter was on a field trip. I was able to locate them on Google. The office staff was very nice and educated me on the space. The space is very nice and clean. If I need to make a video call, I have the capacity for it. The main gathering room is still productive. The business office residents are respectful of the space and those are present.

The Expansive Katy Building in Dallas is a top-notch workspace that excels in both professionalism and quality. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a productive workday, including a great lounge area (free coffee, tea and water), spacious meeting rooms and comfortable common areas. Also located very conveniently down-town and with more than enough parking spaces around the corner.A special thanks to Ashley, whose professionalism and helpfulness made my experience even better. She was always available and key for a seamless process and feeling well looked after.Overall, The Expansive Katy Building offers excellent facilities and an very supportive team. Highly recommended!

I have had an office at the Expansive Katy Building fir about a year and have loved every minute of it. Ashley is the community manager and she goes above and beyond for each one of her tenants. The building is a historic landmark building and has a lot of character! It’s a pretty quiet place and many of the tenants hang out in the common area lounge. Being here has helped print a sense of community to many of us who work along in their office. Definitely recommend a tour if you’re looking for a great office space in West End!

I’ve been a part of Expansive for a little over a year, and I really enjoy the office building. I have met so many new people because of Ashley, the building manager, who puts on events for people to meet one one other. She has created a community at Expansive. Whenever there’s an issue, she is always on top of it. Expansive would not be the same without her.
