Currently undergoing a massive physical transformation that will add 3 floors of Expansive workspace product, an outdoor event venue, a modernized building façade, and a stunning sunroof-lit penthouse community lounge anchored by a configurable training room. It will reopen in phases as construction wraps, beginning with 2nd floor SmartSuites in December 2022 and the 5th floor community lounge and private offices in March, 2023.

Opening in May, 2023, a sizable lounge and balcony will feature floor-to-ceiling wrap-around windows, one of the largest skylights in Austin, a shared kitchen, and a training room with retractable wall for maximum event flexibility.
