Our conference rooms for rent are available to non-clients Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Expansive clients enjoy the added benefit of after-hours access for greater flexibility.
Internet Access
Every meeting room rental includes high-speed WiFi. Need more power for presentations or video conferencing? Upgraded bandwidth and hard-wired connection options are available.
Dry-Erase Board
Each room includes a wall-mounted dry-erase board, perfect for visual collaboration and brainstorming. Supplies are stocked and ready for use with your meeting room booking.
Smart TV & Accessories
A large flat-screen TV with wireless screen-sharing capabilities are available in each conference room. Accessories include HDMI/Apple TV cables. Huddle Rooms do not include monitors unless otherwise noted.
Fully Furnished
All rooms come equipped with a meeting table and chairs, comfortably accommodating 4 to 12 people. It’s a complete meeting room space for rent, with no setup required.

Located in a former bank building in the historic heart of downtown Columbia, Expansive Main Street celebrates its former life with a variety of eye-catching features, including this 16-seat board room built directly into a (very large) vault. Serve meals and snacks with ease thanks to the generous seating area just outside the door. Equipped with Expansive’s standard meeting room package: blueboard, conference phone, smart monitor, and accessories.
