Conference Rooms are available to non-clients 9am–5pm (Monday-Friday). Expansive clients enjoy access after-hours.

Wall-mounted erasable surface for collaboration with your team. The room comes equipped with supplies
Smart TV & Accessories
A large flat-screen TV with wireless screen-sharing capabilities. Accessories include HDMI/Apple TV cables. Huddle Rooms do not include monitors unless otherwise noted.
Fully Furnished
Meeting rooms include a good-sized table and seating for a maximum of 12 people. Capacity for all rooms ranges from 4-12 people

Located in a former bank building in the historic heart of downtown Columbia, Expansive Main Street celebrates its former life with a variety of eye-catching features, including this 16-seat board room built directly into a (very large) vault. Serve meals and snacks with ease thanks to the generous seating area just outside the door. Equipped with Expansive’s standard meeting room package: blueboard, conference phone, smart monitor, and accessories.
