Our Club Suites feature dedicated collaboration space in the form of either a huddle room or conference room, depending on the size of the suite.
Lobby signage and door logo come with each Club Suite. Additional property- and space-specific branding opportunities may also exist.
Full access to the Community Lounge with phone booths, shared kitchen, printing/scanning/copying, and free coffee, tea, espresso, and filtered water.

The most flexible and feature-rich plug & play office suite on the market.
A smaller and more economical introductory version of our market-leading SmartSuite.
Teams of 10-500. SmartSuites range from less than 1000 square feet to full- and even multi-floor layouts.
Teams of 5-15. Club Suites start at less than 1000 and max out around 1800 square feet.
Includes a kitchen with full-size refrigerator and dishwasher, a microwave, sink, and storage. Space permitting, most also have kitchen seating either around round table(s), a kitchen island with high-top seating, or both.
Club Suites do not have their own kitchen, but can take advantage of the shared Community Lounge for their kitchen needs. Some locations also offer a common Club Floor Library.
Full conference room furnished with a conference table, seating for 8, blueboard and smart monitor.
Depending on their size, Club Suites offer either a huddle room for small group meetings (up to 4) or a conference room.
SmartSuites typically include multiple private offices that can be repurposed as needed. Larger suites often also provide one or more dedicated phone booths.
