Housed in the former home of the JJ Newberry variety store, this classic 1948 property has been rebuilt with an eye toward revitalizing its vintage style with a sleek, updated look. In addition to the original lunch counter, it features two recording studios, space for events, and four on-demand conference rooms. This iconic building with the distinctive blue awning is primed to play a key role in Mesa’s Innovation District.
