I so enjoy working at Expansive. It's a wonderful environment to work productively while also enjoy the company of others. Ryan, the community manager, especially makes it a pleasant experience with his cheerful demeanor and smile while helping us with all the little things that one needs when working.
We are a local nonprofit and had the pleasure of hosting our 90 person fundraising event at Newberry Station on a Saturday. Griffin and Ryan were kind, responsive, organized, patient, helpful... and more! The venue was spacious and clean; it is a lovely space that you can make your own with decor. The kitchenette/dining area were perfect for setting up our buffet and bar area. The space accommodated a photobooth, DJ, silent auction, and guests. We had access to a meeting room which was great for storing a lot materials/ event supplies. We will definitely book again and would recommend to others!
We have been here about 1 month. Besides the fact that the space is beyond incredible, including the front open space area. When clients come, they are blown away and that makes me feel proud of how we are representing our company. Not to mention Madison who onboarded us and is freaking amazing. I have worked with Ryan a lot lately and he has been unbelievable. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Ryan and team! We look forward to coming to this workspace every day!!!!!

I have booked two different meetings here and both have been phenomenal experiences! The space is clean, functional and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The conference room we booked had great tech and comfortables chairs which helps when you're sitting all day. We used the kitchen which was really helpful and convenient. We also hosted our company holiday luncheon here and used the kitchen space, booths and lounge area. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was clean and cozy. We will definitely be renting spaces here again soon. The pricing is very competitive, as I have priced out all local coworking/co-working spaces in the downtown area. This also has rooms large enough for 12-20, which most coworking can only accommodate board meetings with 8-10 people. I'm glad Expansive is now in the downtown Mesa area!
I don’t know where to begin with how amazing my experience with Expansive has been thus far. I have been working from home for about 15 years and was ready to get out of the house and have a space of own. I toured 4 places before finding Expansive, and Expansive blew the other places out of the water! First, the manager here, Lindy, stayed late for me so I could take a tour. She is so sweet and so professional, and you feel like a guest in her home that she is so proud of. She is so attentive to the needs of current and potential clients. As for the space, I couldn’t believe the value per square foot of office space, not to mention the included standing desk and complementary coffee and espresso. The community space though… I am not exaggerating when I say I was blown away when I walked in. From the outside it looks like a small, cute and retro store front, and you open the doors to what can only truly be described as an “expansive” space. It’s modern and spacious and offers every kind of work space you could hope for, and if that wasn’t enough, all of my neighbors I’ve met so far are fantastic. You really feel like community here. I could go on, but you have to come in and see for yourself.
Love love love this location! Very spacious and inviting. Lindy has been super helpful and responsive in regards to all my questions and with getting me set up to use the space. Alongside the cleanliness of this location there are tons of great eats within walking distance. As a content creator I truly appreciate being able to rent out the soundproof rooms, giving me the peace of mind that quality content can be produced without interference. Lindy’s monthly community get-togethers also provide a great opportunity for us to network with everyone in the building. If you are looking for a safe and secure place to get work done then look no further, the Newberry location is the place for you and your business! Also love how you can unlock the doors via a digital QR code which makes it’s easy for your clients to get into the building when it’s time to meet. Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this space!
