Built in 1893, the Hooper Building is a National Historic Landmark with Queen Anne-style architecture with seven floors of contemporary workspace as well as first floor retail. This beautiful red-brick building features ample windows and period details inside and out.

Access: Only a block from the Duke Energy Convention Center and walking distance from The Banks and Smale Riverfront Park, commuting is a breeze with the Fountain Square streetcar station just three blocks away, and easy access to I-71 and I-75.
