We offer $400 for any referral that signs a 12-month private office agreement, and $1,000 for any referral that signs a 12-month office suite agreement. We also offer smaller referral payouts for short-term agreements, as well as 12-month dedicated desk, coworking, or virtual office agreements. Current Expansive clients can opt to have their referral fee applied directly to their rent.
