I booked a day-pass at Expansive as a place to work while traveling and it was perfect! It was a really nice space: quiet, well decorated, and had all the amenities that I needed for remote work. Tanya was really nice and welcoming too! I'd definitely book here if I'm in the city again.

I started a business in early-2022 and needed office space to get things rolling. When I visited the Expansive - Capitol location (Madison, WI), the Community Manager, Tanya Prchal, greeted me with friendliness and genuine interest in my business. I knew immediately that Expansive was the right place, and the service that Tanya and team has provided has been nothing short of EXCELLENT. The offices and common spaces are immaculate and meticulously maintained by Tanya and Chris Johnson, the resident Maintenance Manager. Tanya has also built a true sense of community in this co-workspace filled with separate businesses and people at different phases of their careers - not an easy task, but it is a friendly, collaborative, fun and productive environment. Thanks to Tanya, Expansive - Capitol receives my highest recommendation, and has been the PERFECT place to launch my new business!

My experience at Novel has far exceeded the expectations I had for a co-working space, and I think that has a lot to do with Willow who runs this space. She is always polite, very helpful, and friendly and she seems to go out of her way to help you with your day in any way she can. The shared community spaces are always spotless and there is always an upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Novel has worked with our company to meet our needs during the pandemic to the present, and I'd highly recommend this location and company to anyone else who may be looking for a quiet place to do some work or for a space from which to run a business.
